How much does it cost to hire a bartender in Bali?
It depends on your group size, how many cocktail rounds you want, and which add-ons you choose. Use our package builder to see exact pricing for your event — everything is transparent and itemised.
What cocktails can you make?
We have a menu of 40+ cocktails — from classics like Espresso Martini, Mojito, and Margarita to crowd favourites like Pornstar Martini, Lychee Martini, and Aperol Spritz. You pick your menu when building your package.
Do you bring everything, or do we need to buy anything?
We bring everything. Bar stand, spirits, mixers, ice, glassware, garnishes, equipment — the full setup. You don't need to buy or prepare anything. If you prefer to supply your own spirits, we also offer a BYOB option at a reduced rate.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend at least 1 week for standard bookings. For peak season (July-August, Christmas, NYE) book 2-4 weeks out. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — just message us.
What areas do you cover?
We service villas across Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Ubud, and most areas in southern Bali. If your villa is in a different area, just ask — we'll let you know.
Can we have non-drinkers in the group?
Absolutely. We offer mocktail rounds alongside cocktails. Non-drinkers get the same quality drinks experience — just without the alcohol. You can mix and match cocktail and mocktail rounds.
What if our group is bigger than 30?
For groups over 30 we recommend our sister company Bali Premier Event, who specialise in larger celebrations with full event production, multiple bars, and bigger entertainment setups. Reach them directly on WhatsApp.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes — there's a base service fee that covers your bartender, bar setup, and 3 hours of service. From there, you add cocktail rounds and extras to suit your group. The package builder shows everything clearly.
