Bali Bartender Hire is operated by PT. Sastra Bali Indonesia, registered in Bali, Indonesia. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, sales funnel, or WhatsApp. By placing a booking, you agree to the following terms.

Service Overview
Bali Bartender Hire provides professional mobile bar services for private villa events in Bali. Our standard service includes:
- Professional bartender(s) assigned by group size
- Full bar equipment, setup, and packdown
- Access to our 44-cocktail menu (for non-BYOB packages)
- Premium glassware for your group
- Fresh mixers, syrups, and garnishes
- Ice supply throughout the event
- Standard 4-hour service window
We serve groups of 6 to 30 guests at private villas across Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu, Ubud, and surrounding areas. Events exceeding 30 guests are managed by our sister brand, Bali Premier Event.

Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit of the total quoted amount.
- The deposit is non-refundable except as specified in the Cancellation & Refunds section below.
- Quoted prices are locked once the deposit is received. Prices may change for unconfirmed enquiries.
- Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received and confirmed by our team.
- We will send a booking confirmation via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your deposit.

Payment Terms
- Deposit: 50% of the total quote, due at time of booking.
- Balance: Remaining 50% is due no later than 3 days before the event.
- No service will commence without full payment received. If the outstanding balance is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel and retain the deposit.
- A 10% service charge is applied to all bookings, covering coordination, staffing logistics, vendor management, and operational overhead.
- A non-refundable installment fee is included in all package quotes. This fee is not negotiable and applies to every booking.
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). AUD estimates are approximate — the IDR amount is the binding price.
- Prices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods
Bank transfer (IDR) · Wise / international transfer · Card payment via EDC machine (on-site on event day). Payment details are provided in your quote. We do not store card details.
Dispute resolution: In the event of a payment dispute, the client agrees to contact Bali Bartender Hire directly before initiating any chargeback or formal dispute. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith.

Cancellation & Refunds

- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email.
- Any vendor payments already made on the client's behalf (DJ, decor, chef, entertainment) at the time of cancellation are non-refundable regardless of timeframe.
- If Bali Bartender Hire cancels due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund.
- If we cannot perform due to force majeure (see Section 13), we will offer a full reschedule or credit valid for 12 months. Cash refunds in force majeure situations are at our discretion.

Changes & Modifications
- You may modify your package (add or remove items) up to 3 days before the event at no charge.
- Changes within 3 days are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Guest count changes of more than 5 people may affect pricing and staffing — we will notify you of any adjustments.
- All changes must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp.

Event Day
- Our team arrives 45 minutes to 1 hour before the agreed start time to set up.
- The client (or a designated representative) must be present at the villa to receive the team and confirm the setup location.
- We require access to a flat, covered area with proximity to a power outlet and running water.
- Standard service is 4 hours from the agreed start time. Additional hours are available at the rate in your package.
- We will pack down and leave the bar area clean after service ends.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for: (1) ensuring the villa permits alcohol service and events on the premises — check with villa management before booking; (2) providing stable electricity and running water at the setup location; (3) compliance with villa rules, local banjar regulations, and noise restrictions. Bali local communities enforce curfews — failure to comply may result in early event termination. BBH will not be held liable for disruptions caused by community enforcement.

BYOB Packages
For Shake & Serve (BYOB) packages, the client supplies all alcoholic beverages. We provide bartenders, bar equipment, glassware, mixers, garnishes, syrups, and ice.
- We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or safety of alcohol supplied by the client.
- We strongly recommend purchasing spirits from duty-free shops or licensed retailers only. Counterfeit alcohol is a known risk in Bali — we advise against spirits from unlicensed local vendors.

Alcohol Responsibility
- All alcohol served by Bali Bartender Hire is certified imported spirits sourced from licensed distributors in Bali.
- Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated, underage, or behaves in a manner that endangers themselves or others. No refund or compensation is provided for refused service.
- Bali Bartender Hire is not liable for any injury, illness, or incident arising from excessive alcohol consumption.
- The client is responsible for ensuring all guests are of legal drinking age (21 years in Indonesia).

Damage, Liability & Indemnity
- Bali Bartender Hire carries professional liability insurance for our staff and equipment.
- We are not liable for damage to the venue or property caused by guests during the event.
- The client is responsible for damage to our equipment caused by guests or third parties. Broken glassware is charged at replacement value (IDR 25,000–75,000 per item depending on type).
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the event.
- Indemnity: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Bali Bartender Hire, its staff, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from guest behaviour, third-party actions, or failure to comply with these terms.

- The client must provide the full villa address and access instructions at least 3 days before the event.
- If our team cannot access the villa at the agreed time due to incorrect address, locked gates, or the client not being present, a waiting fee of IDR 200,000 per 30 minutes may apply.

Photography & Marketing
- We may photograph our bar setup, cocktail presentation, and team at your event for use in our marketing materials, social media, and website.
- Photographs will never include identifiable guests without separate written consent.
- If you prefer no photography, please notify us in writing before the event and we will respect your request.

Privacy & Data
- Personal information collected through our website, funnel, and WhatsApp is used solely for processing your booking and communicating about your event.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to deliver the booked service.
- By providing your WhatsApp number and email, you consent to receiving booking-related communications. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
- Our website uses cookies and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to improve the browsing experience.

Force Majeure
Bali Bartender Hire is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including: natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, road closures, power outages, or extreme weather events.
In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit valid for 12 months from the original event date. Cash refunds in force majeure situations are at our sole discretion. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

All content on balibartenderhire.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bali Bartender Hire / PT. Sastra Bali Indonesia unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any material without prior written consent.
