The standard terms for client business with Bali Bartender Hire (BBH) shall apply to all services rendered by BBH, unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing by both parties before the event.

1. Event Booking Details

All bookings have a minimum requirement of 10 pax. All bookings are considered tentative until we receive a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions and a non-refundable deposit for the services requested. Only after BBH accepts these will the booking be confirmed. We won’t hold provisional bookings beyond the specified option date (typically 10 working days from booking) if we haven’t received the necessary documents. In this Agreement, ‘working days’ refer to Monday to Friday.

2. Price & Payment

• Prices may change with Client agreement due to errors, omissions, or circumstances beyond BBH’s control.
• Any changes by the client must be written to BBH at least 6 days before the event; otherwise, the full invoice is due on the due date.
• A 50% deposit of the total fee is due upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% called the “balance.”
• The balance must be paid 5 days before the event date.
• Any extra requests from clients made after the deposit will be billed separately, and payment is required 5 days before the event.
• Late Booking: If a booking is made within or less than 5 days of the event and max 2 days prior to the event, full payment is required to secure the event.
• Payment Methods:
  • Bank Transfer or Wise Transfer: Details available upon request.
  • Paypal and Credit Card: Details available upon request.
  • The Client must inform BBH in writing (preferably by email) of the chosen payment method.

3. Cancellation

If the client cancels the event, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• More than 30 days prior to the event: Nil
• 30 to 14 days prior to the event: 50% of the total deposit
• 13 to 5 days prior to the event: 80% of the total deposit
• 4 days or less prior to the event: 100%

All cancellations must be in writing and will be effective from the date of deposit receipt.

BBH reserves the right to cancel the client’s booking if there is a change of more than 40% in the client’s original contract, and written notification will be provided.

4. Damage

In case of any glassware (BBH properties) damage during the event, a charge of 50K IDR per damaged glass will apply, payable on the spot.

5. Child Policy

Children aged 0-3 years are free, and those aged 3-12 years are charged 50% of the adult price for mocktails. If the number of children isn’t specified during booking and mocktails are requested at the event, there’s a 50K IDR charge per glass, payable on the spot. Mocktails are strongly recommended for children under 17, and parents are responsible for this choice.
